About Me

  I have loved mystery novels ever since my early days of devouring a neighbor’s old set of the Trixie Belden series. I have my Masters in Latin American Studies and Bachelors in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. After college, I worked for ten years at Citibank, the last four of which I spent living in Singapore and enjoying traveling all around Asia. I now work in enterprise sales for a financial technology company, and live in San Diego with my husband and two kids. 

When I went back to work after maternity leave with my oldest child, I felt like I needed something else to think about besides my job and my baby–something to carve out space for me. Thus, Love's a Beach was born. As a long-time fan of reality dating shows, and member of a multiracial family, I’ve written a novel with the diversity of cast and crew that I would love to see on screen.
